Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Market Insight: Understand industry trends and competitors, identify key market players, and provide insights and analysis to support sales in securing deals and increasing market share.

Marketing Activities: Based on the market conditions in the region, implement the regional marketing strategy, and plan and execute local marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and new product launches.

Market Communication: Develop and implement regional communication plans to enhance exposure through resources like social media.

Channel Marketing: Maintain relationships with partners, and develop joint marketing programs.

Team Management: Responsible for managing and mentoring internal team members in the marketing department.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in marketing roles and 1 year of team management experience.

Proficiency in Portuguese, English, have experience working in Chinese companies.

Strong communication and information aggregation skills, able to interact with multiple partners and independently compile and write market-related materials.

Proficient in PPT and office software.

Experience in the renewable energy sector (e.g., photovoltaics, wind energy) is a plus.

Willing to travel for short business trips.
