Marketing Analyst

Law firm US based is seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will assist with data analysis, monitor campaign performance, edit photos and videos and provide actionable insights to support our marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage online content, including static and video posts, to engage target audiences and increase traffic.

- Monitor social media and website metrics, utilizing SEO techniques to improve site traffic and visibility.

- Write, review, proofread, and update content for the company’s websites, blogs, and any kind of marketing materials.

- Develop and maintain web pages and applications to attract and retain customers.

- Support efforts to increase traffic and engage target audiences.

- Measure, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.

- Manage communication with leads and clients to build relationships and expand the customer base.

- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and project planning.

- Collaborate with internal departments to support marketing projects and campaigns, while maintaining a problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach.

- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations.

- Perform translation and interpretation duties as needed (English and Portuguese).

- Offer administrative support to ensure a process-oriented approach of the marketing and legal department.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in both, English and Portuguese (written and spoken, Spanish is a plus).

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit (especially PowerPoint and Excel) for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in CRM platforms is a plus.

- Familiarity with SEO and social media platforms (Meta Ads), and content management.

- Proficiency in design and video editing platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and others.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements:

- Reliable home office setup, including appropriate hardware, software, and high-speed internet.

- Licensed Microsoft Office software and up-to-date antivirus protection.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
