Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior SaaS Operations Engineer to join our FuturMaster SaaS team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. You will work closely with our engineering, product, professional services, and customer support teams to identify and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and deploy new features to our production environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Deploy new environments on the SaaS platform to support new features and customer demand. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to the SaaS platform and associated infrastructure. Continuously improve the reliability and performance of the platform by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, implementing automation, and improving system monitoring and alerting. Collaborate with the engineering team to deploy new software releases and upgrades to the platform, ensuring that they are thoroughly tested and have minimal impact on existing customers. Work with customer support to investigate and resolve customer-reported issues and provide timely updates and resolutions to customers. Participate in on-call rotation to respond to after-hours emergencies and incidents.



Qualifications:

  • STEM bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Linux / Windows administration skills.
  • Experience automating operations with script languages (e.g: *shell, python).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and good written and verbal communication skills. Curiosity and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Good English (at least B2 level).
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.
  • Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) is a plus.
  • AWS or other technical certifications are a plus.
