RED Global is looking for an SD OTC Consultant for a 6 month contract, ideally the candidate can go onsite during critical stages.Duration: 6 Month extendableLanguage: Portuguese and EnglishStart date: ASAPDuties:The role is responsible for day-to-day workload activity coming from different sources in the form of incidents, requests, and project tasks. Responsible for managing outcomes and results. Independently handle and resolve inquiries from national and international users related to the SAP SD module and Order to Cash process (OTC). Analyze customer requirements and incident reports. Within L2 support scope, configure and customize SAP SD solutions based on business needs. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless support reflecting IT organization and responsibilities. Be up to date on solution directions by architecture as well as design team and advise the customers accordingly. Translate non-technical requirements into technical business requirements.Required skills:8 years of experience in the described area of responsibilities, preferably in the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of configuration and customizing of Order to Cash process (OTC) with focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Additional knowledge in other SAP modules (MM, WM, QM, PP, PM) would be beneficial.Experience with customs requirements including confirmation of arrival.Experience working in a SAP support role and communicating well with global regional IT teams, internal customers, and suppliers.If this matches your skillset, please attach your CV in WORD format to get started#J-18808-Ljbffr
