**Job Description** We are seeking a Research Engineer to lead our product definition research for various pickup truck projects in the Americas. This includes user profile analysis, performance target definition, and product competitiveness analysis. The successful candidate will participate in performance platform planning for pickup truck models, collecting and organizing information, and providing development recommendations tailored to the Americas market. You will focus on testing and acceptance of pickup truck models, ensuring they meet local standards and requirements. Support local pickup truck launches and assist with pre-launch preparations and implementation coordination. Follow up on post-launch issues for pickup truck models, promote resolution of various vehicle issues, and develop improvement proposals. Monitor developments of competing pickup trucks, conduct research on these models, and produce analysis reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
