Como Arquiteto de Soluções ServiceNow você deverá liderar e coordenar uma equipe técnica, aferir a qualidade do trabalho do time, projetar, planejar e desenvolver soluções técnicas na plataforma ServiceNow baseado nas discussões técnicas e de negócio. Além disso, ser ponto focal para melhores práticas e mentorias para analistas de nível senior, pleno, júnior e estagiários.

 

Isso fará parte do seu dia a dia:

  • Participar das atividades do time, mantendo assiduidade, apresentando sugestões de melhorias e contribuindo para o engajamento;
  • Apoiar tecnicamente desenvolvedores menos experientes, apontando soluções que estejam dentro das boas práticas da ServiceNow e ProV;
  • Mapear as necessidades de desenvolvimento e recursos necessários. Manter uma cultura de feedback e clareza de papéis dentro do time;
  • Desenvolver histórias de complexidade alta, atuando dentro do padrão de qualidade ProV e dar orientações para seu time, para que as metas de projetos ou demandas de clientes sejam atendidas com qualidade dentro do prazo estipulado, sempre que for demandado por algum líder de projeto;
  • Participar ativamente nos alinhamentos de demandas junto ao cliente;
  • Esclarecer dúvidas técnicas na ProV ou Cliente;
  • Preparar e executar planos de projetos Go Live;
  • Ser o ponto focal para arquitetura e boas práticas ServiceNow.

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com projetos de ServiceNow;
  • Ter atuado em mais de 2 módulos de SN;
  • Ter alguma certificação CIS/CAD/CSA;
  • Nível técnico ou superior em cursos de TI;
  • Conhecimento em linguagens de programação backend e frontend (principlamente JS);
  • Inglês e Espanhol fluentes.
