We're looking for a motivated and organized Traffic Manager to join our innovative Marketing team

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (preferably)

Job Type: Remote, Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Act as a liaison between creative, production, and marketing teams to facilitate collaboration and streamline processes.
  • Scheduling & Resource Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet project demands.
  • Quality Control: Review and ensure all deliverables meet client specifications and internal standards before final delivery.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.

  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with the creative process and production timelines.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools).

Salary: BRL 3,000/month
