Remote workOpen-ended contractContract type: PJResponsibilities:Act as a subject matter consultant for business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that ILM is embedded into corporate data governance initiatives.Define the design, implementation, and management of lifecycle solutions based on SAP ILM, focusing on data retention and deletion.Define and document ILM policies, retention rules, and legal hold procedures in compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, LGPD, SOX).Advise Data Owners and compliance stakeholders on how to categorize data and establish retention periods by data type (master, transactional, documents).Configure ILM objects, policies, and rules in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.Perform ILM Store configuration and integration with WebDAV-compliant repositories.Monitor ILM execution and provide auditable reports on data retention and deletion activities. Requisitos:Experience with SAP ILM, with proven expertise in data retention and deletion strategies.Hands-on experience configuring SAP ILM in MDG and S/4HANA TM environments.Strong understanding of SAP data structures, including master data (e.g., BUT000, MARA), transactional data (e.g., BKPF, VBRK), and document management (e.g., ArchiveLink).Familiarity with SAP ILM components: Retention Management, Legal Hold, ILM Store, and Data Destruction.Experience with compliance frameworks and legal data retention requirements (GDPR, LGPD, HIPAA).Excellent communication and facilitation skills between business and technical teams.Fluency in English.BenefíciosProgramas de incentivo a aprendizados (Udemy);Aulas de inglês corporativo com valores acessíveis.
