If you're all about detail, innovation, and creating modern digital experiences, you’ll feel right at home here.What We’re Looking For We’re looking for aLead UI/Visualwho’s ready to roll up their sleeves and build high-converting, visually stunning websites. You’ll own web projects from idea to execution, working closely with founders, marketers, and our internal design team. If you’re a Framer expert, know how to design for impact, and care about both beauty and usability—we want you. This is a veryhands onroleWhat You’ll DoCollaborate with clients to understand goals and translate them into compelling web experiences; Work closely with UI and branding to ensure cohesion across touchpoints; Guide the team to build landing pages, homepages, product pages, and more; Help evolve and maintain web design systems and components; Create ideas to optimize sites for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility; Stay on top of design trends and share what you learn with the team.What You’ll Bring Strong English skills (you’ll be in calls with US clients); 10+ years of experience in Web Design/UI, especially for SaaS or tech; 3+ years managing teams; Killer portfolio with websites that show your visual and technical chops; Solid knowledge of Framer (must-have), Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop; A passion for sleek, clean, and functional design; Ability to manage your time and deadlines independently.Bonus points for: UX background; Motion design or video editing (even basic); Experience working with developers or low-code tools like Webflow.Why Join Us?
