Job Responsibilities

Support the full recruitment journey for new riders, from attracting leads to making sure they’re ready to start, always following company standards.
Help test and compare different ads and landing pages (A/B tests) to find the best ways to attract new riders.
Use data to share clear insights with the team about market trends, competitor activities, and where the recruitment process can improve.
Assist in building and improving communication channels with riders, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to align strategies that improve rider growth.

✅ Requirements:
This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
A creative mindset for problem-solving and adapting strategies to dynamic markets.
Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
