As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the country by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a highly trained team of professionals dedicated to protecting American interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and international shipping.
  • Detain suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arrest violators using proper law enforcement methods.
  • Facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activity.
  • Conduct interviews in a law enforcement capacity and utilize intelligence techniques to identify potential threats.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Combination of specialized experience and successfully completed graduate-level education
  • Spanish training may be required for certain locations
  • Veterans' Preference: Eligible veterans may qualify for excepted service appointment
