Sua missão será entender os padrões, identificar desvios e propor soluções para garantir o alcance ou superação das metas estabelecidas. Responsabilidades: Coletar e consolidar informações sobre as metas de vendas e projetos planejados e estabelecidos de todas as áreas de negócio; Utilizar ferramentas de Business Intelligence para analisar e interpretar dados atuais; Identificar tendências, padrões e desvios nas métricas estabelecidas; Colaborar com as lideranças para entender os motivos por trás dos desvios em relação às metas; Propor e implementar soluções para melhorar o desempenho das métricas, caso não tenham sido atingidas; Desenvolver e apresentar relatórios e análises claras e acionáveis para as partes interessadas; Fornecer suporte analítico para o desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias para as áreas de negócio; Manter-se atualizado sobre as melhores práticas e tendências em operações de vendas e Business Intelligence; Gerar e coordenar relatórios de margens e receita por recurso e análises (mês/ano).
