Job Title: SOC Operations Lead This senior role oversees the daily operations of our Security Operations Center (SOC) team, ensuring performance and process compliance. Key responsibilities include: Managing a team of shift-based operators (24/7), providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of competence and operational discipline. Recruiting, training, and developing SOC operators, maintaining high standards of competence and operational discipline. Supervising monitoring of security cameras, alarms, and access control systems, ensuring rapid response to any event. Coordinating alarm and incident response, ensuring protocol compliance and proper escalation. Conducting or overseeing risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements to security protocols and emergency response. Investigating security incidents, documenting actions, root causes, and mitigation plans. Maintaining close relationships with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Facilities, among others) and external partners. Requirements Previous experience as a SOC Manager or in a similar role within corporate security. Knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, alarms, VMS, etc.). Proven ability in managing operational teams. Excellent communication skills, including crisis management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
