We are Mate academy, an EdTech startup with a tech-driven, gamified, AI-friendly LMS platform where people learn IT specialties.You can explore our platform here.Our mission is to help a million people worldwide build their careers in IT.Since 2022, we have expanded into Poland, Brazil, and continue our international growth.We are looking for an outstanding Mentor for our Data Analytics Course designed for U.S. students.Your main goal in this role:Help students effectively and enjoyably grasp the course material so that by the end of the program, every graduate can find their ideal role in the field of Data Analytics.What will you need to succeed:— 1+ year of commercial experience as a Data Analyst;— Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, SQL, and Data Modeling;— Strong communication skills and the ability to guide and support students;— Excellent time management skills and the ability to independently organize your schedule;— English C1+Your tasks will be:— Reviewing students' homework assignments on our gamified LMS platform;— Answering student questions in chats and on video calls;— Conducting mock technical interviews for students;— Proposing ideas to enhance our educational process.What you'll get at Mate:— The mission to help people launch their IT careers;— A minimum of bureaucracy;— An incredible team passionate about what they do, making work an exciting adventure;— The opportunity to practice and enhance your soft and hardskills.Mentorship is a great way to fast-track your path to Senior roles;— Hourly pay and a flexible schedule;— Your mentoring week will include 10+ hours, which you can distribute across the week (Sun-Mon between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. U.S. Time Zones).Recruitment Process:Send your CV Complete a test taskPass an online technical interview (up to 30 minutes)Does this opportunity align with your career goals?
