  • LTIMindtree is looking for: JDE Project Manager – ERP Implementation (Pharma Preferred)
  • Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

Job Description

  • Relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in ERP implementations
  • Strong background in JDE Project Management, with hands-on experience in at least one JD Edwards module
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in change management and stakeholder management
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery
  • Well-versed in project governance and reporting structures
  • Skilled in risk identification and mitigation
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Experience managing teams and tracking project status, planning course corrections
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and coach team members toward project objectives
  • Comfortable working under pressure, multitasking, and prioritizing effectively
  • Experience with onsite/offshore models and managing teams across time zones
  • Proficient in using MPP and other project tracking tools
  • Strong reporting skills on Plan vs Actuals, cost deviations, and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience managing ERP projects in the Pharma industry is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in regulated industries
  • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle JDE implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
  • Ability to conduct Business Solutioning Workshops with clients
