The Role

As a  Trading Support Analyst – Institutional Clients , you will act as the key interface between institutional clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless trading workflows, FIX/API integrations, and real-time resolution of execution issues. This is a  support and operations role (not a trading position) with high visibility and impact across Sales, Product, and Technology functions.

What You Will Do:

● Provide daily support for institutional clients across the Americas, covering trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services.
● Act as a technical liaison for Sales and Relationship Management teams, assisting
with onboarding, demos, and training.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to  FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows .
● Monitor and manage real-time trade exceptions and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
● Collaborate with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to deliver seamless service.
● Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across  equities, fixed income, ETFs, and fractional products .
● Document client interactions, maintain issue logs, and ensure SLA adherence. What

We're Looking For:

● 5+ years  in trading support, electronic trading, or operations at a broker-dealer, fintech, or trading platform.
● Strong knowledge of the trade lifecycle, execution workflows, and electronic trading systems (FIX, APIs, OMS/EMS).
● Hands-on experience with equities and fixed income trading.
● Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken).
● Excellent problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure in fast-paced
environments.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
● Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).

Nice to Have:

● Experience with  fractional investing or multi-asset platforms.
● Exposure to  back-office systems and clearing/custody processes.
● Familiarity with  cross-time-zone collaboration in global teams.
