Requisitos que são imprescindíveis:
- Experiência na construção de soluções para o mercado financeiro;
- Experiência com desenvolvimento de software backend C# ou Java;
- Experiência com liderança técnica de times e gestão de pessoas;
- Conhecer tecnologia amplamente e de forma generalista, sendo capaz de direcionar decisões técnicas de acordo com a estratégia do negócio e junto a especialistas;
- Buscar atualização constante em melhores práticas e tendências de tecnologia, estimulando o time a fazer o mesmo.
Diferencial:
- Ter atuado em mesas Institucionais (Renda Fixa e Renda Variável).
O nosso Engineering Lead com foco em mercado Institucional atua ancorado por dois grandes pilares: gestão de pessoas e gestão de tecnologia.
Responsabilidades:
- Orientar e dar suporte aos membros da equipe, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e com foco no desenvolvimento do time;
- Colaborar com o Diretor de Tecnologia na tomada de decisões estratégicas relacionadas ao planejamento da equipe e da área;
- Facilitar reuniões de equipe para garantir alinhamento e engajamento em relação aos objetivos e planos do time;
- Implementar e conduzir programas de treinamento e capacitação para aprimorar habilidades da equipe;
- Conduzir autonomamente a definição de modelagem, arquitetura, tecnologia e processos da área;
- Propor e validar, em colaboração com a equipe, soluções técnicas que atendam aos requisitos e objetivos do projeto;
- Implementar e promover melhores práticas no desenvolvimento de soluções, garantindo a eficiência e a qualidade;
- Elaborar métricas e análises para avaliar o desempenho da equipe e identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
