Overview of the Role:
Are you ready to join a dynamic Development team and take on diverse projects with multicultural teams worldwide? We're seeking Node Developers who are proactive, collaborative team players passionate about programming and dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences. Responsibilities:
Q: What will you do as a Node Developer?
A: You'll architect Bandit backend systems using the best practices available. You'll implement and iterate on features swiftly and strategically, adapting to the demands of our fast-paced startup environment.
Q: How will you contribute to API design and implementation?
A: You'll play a crucial role in designing, extending, and implementing APIs to ensure robust functionality and seamless integration across platforms.
Q: How do you maintain engineering quality?
A: You'll uphold high standards through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive unit testing, and insightful analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Q: What role does automation play in your work?
A: Automating processes and developing tools will be key to enhancing engineering efficiency and productivity.
Q: How will you influence engineering processes?
A: You'll define and refine engineering processes to support successful product launches and releases, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.
Q: How can you help us expand our engineering team?
A: Conducting technical interviews will allow you to contribute to the growth of our world-class engineering team, bringing in top talent to drive our success.
Requirements:
Q: How much experience is required?
A: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Node development, demonstrating your expertise and proficiency in the field.
Q: What specific expertise is needed in addition to Node development?
A: Experience in Video and HLS (HTTP Live Streaming) will be essential for addressing the diverse technical challenges you'll encounter.
Q: What language skills are necessary?
A: Proficiency in advanced English is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with our global teams and clients.
