Buscamos um(a) Senior AI Engineer apaixonado(a) por construir soluções de Inteligência Artificial de ponta, desde a pesquisa e prototipagem, até a produção em escala, trabalhando em conjunto com nossos times de Produto, Operações, Pedagógico, e Tecnologias Educacionais.  


Responsabilidades-chave:


Apoiar as squads do cliente no mapeamento de requisitos técnicos e de negócio para construção de soluções de AI. 

Apoiar as squads do cliente na construção e apresentação de protótipos e experimentos para validação de hipóteses de solução. 

Apoiar a squad de system design e solution design, composta por arquiteto de soluções, arquiteto de dados e arquiteto de software, no desenho de arquiteturas de baixo e alto nível de soluções robustas e escaláveis baseadas nas melhores práticas de mercado. 

Projetar, implementar e operacionalizar soluções baseadas em Agentic Worflows, RAG, GraphRAG, LLMs e AI Generativa utilizando Stack Azure AI. 

Construção e gerenciamento de bancos de dados vetoriais (Azure Vector Search, Elastic e similares). 

Definir e implementar guardrails de segurança e conformidade (toxicity filters, bias mitigation, watermarking), alinhados a frameworks de Responsible AI. 

Construir artefatos de monitoramento e observabilidade (Inference Latency, Token Usage, Erros Rates, Output Quality, Model Drift, etc), performance, custo e qualidade das respostas usando Langsmith, OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, Application Insights e Grafana ou similares. 

Orquestrar versionamento de modelos, deploy contínuo (CI/CD) e governança de artefatos (MLflow, DVC). 

Otimizar custos e latência através de batching, quantização, sharding e tuning de hyperparameters. 


Requisitos desejados:

Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de soluções de IA/ML em ambiente de produção. 

Experiência comprovada em projetos de Agentic Workflows com Azure OpenAI, CrewAI, PydanticAI, Langchain/LangGraph ou similares. 

Conhecimentos avançados em RAG, Graph RAG, SML, SQL Agents, vector databases e embeddings de alta dimensão. 

Conhecimentos avançados em engenharia de prompts, observabilidade, finetuning e avaliação de LLMs. 

Experiência comprovada com MLOps (CI/CD, versionamento, governança). 

Forte background em segurança, privacidade e ética em IA. 

Programação avançada em Python e melhores práticas de engenharia de software.  


Diferenciais 


Certificação Azure AI Engineer ou Azure Data Scientist. 

Experiência com LLM Routing. 

Conhecimento de deployment em Kubernetes e infra como código (Terraform).
