Estamos buscando um(a) Bilingual Recruiter dinâmico(a) e altamente comunicativo(a) para se juntar ao nosso time de recrutamento. O(a) profissional será responsável por atrair, avaliar e selecionar talentos bilíngues, garantindo que as necessidades de contratação da empresa sejam atendidas com excelência.Requisitos:Responsabilidades:Conduzir todo o ciclo de recrutamento e seleção de candidatos bilíngues (português e inglês).Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas, testes e validações de competências.Manter relacionamento próximo com gestores de contratação para entender suas necessidades e oferecer o melhor suporte.Desenvolver estratégias de sourcing para atrair talentos qualificados.Garantir uma experiência positiva para os candidatos durante todo o processo de seleção.Documentar e reportar métricas relacionadas ao processo de recrutamento. Requisitos:Ensino superior completo.Fluência em português e inglês ou espanhol (escrita e fala).Experiência comprovada na área de recrutamento, preferencialmente com foco em perfis bilíngues.Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e habilidades de negociação.Proatividade, organização e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em São Paulo 2 vezes por semana. Desejável:Conhecimento em ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Familiaridade com diferentes canais de sourcing e técnicas de sourcing passivo. Oferecemos:Ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e colaborativo.Oportunidade de crescimento e desenvolvimento profissional.Se você é apaixonado por recrutamento e possui perfil bilíngue, envie seu currículo e venha fazer parte do nosso time
