Estamos em busca de um Engenheiro Sênior de Desenvolvimento de Software em Testes (SDET) altamente qualificado, com ampla experiência em frameworks de testes automatizados, especialmente com Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber e Rest Assured.

Responsabilidades:

Avaliar a arquitetura atual do framework Selenium e propor melhorias para aumentar a escalabilidade, confiabilidade e manutenção.

Projetar, desenvolver e manter suítes de testes automatizados utilizando Selenium WebDriver, TestNG e Cucumber.

Projetar e implementar novos módulos ou componentes para ampliar as funcionalidades do framework conforme os requisitos do projeto.

Desenvolver scripts de teste robustos e eficientes com boas práticas e padrões de design.

Refatorar scripts existentes para melhorar legibilidade, modularidade e desempenho.

Ter entendimento sólido de testes de API com Rest Assured (obrigatório).

Capacidade de aprimorar o framework de automação existente para reduzir tarefas manuais e aumentar a produtividade.

Colaborar estreitamente com desenvolvedores, Product Owners e demais stakeholders para garantir cobertura de testes abrangente.

Melhorar continuamente os processos, tarefas e atividades de QA, visando maior eficiência e eficácia.

Orientar membros da equipe de QA, oferecendo suporte técnico e promovendo melhores práticas para otimizar o ciclo de automação.

Requisitos:

Proficiência em Java e Spring Boot.

Experiência com pipelines de CI/CD e ferramentas como Jenkins.

Integrar testes em Selenium com pipelines de Integração/Entrega Contínua (CI/CD) para execução de regressões noturnas.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de colaborar com equipes multidisciplinares.

Conhecimento de metodologias Ágeis/Scrum e experiência em equipes ágeis.

Conhecimentos básicos em conceitos de DevOps.
