NTU is leading a strong international consortium for the EU SEA 2023 Framework Contract SEA 2023 LOT 6 – Macro-Economic Analysis, Fiscal Policies, Budget Support and we are looking to expand our network with skilled local partners and Experts interested to work in the target countries.

Position: National Experts in Public Finance Management (PFM)



Qualifications and skills:

  • Degree (minimum three years) in Public Finance Management, Macroeconomics, or a related field.
  • least 6 years of demonstrated experience in Public Finance Management (PFM) issues, including budget expenditure, taxation, and audit
  • work experience in EU-funded or other international projects is advantageous.


Language skills:

  • Excellent command of English (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement)
