岗位职责： 1、负责国外组件售后工作，及客诉处理等工作；2、客户投诉相关信息收集处理，主导客诉改善会议；3、及时处理并解决客户投诉，针对客户投诉反映的问题与工厂沟通改进方案，制定改善措施；4、为客户提供有效的技术支持，解答客户所谈及的技术问题；5、负责组织客户满意度调查，并根据结果提出调整方案；6、能够组织与客户的客诉讨论会议，反馈客诉处理情况，了解客户诉求。任职要求：1、具备熟练的英语听说读写能力，能够与海外客户正常交流；2、3年以上光伏行业工作经验；3、具备良好的沟通表达能力及逻辑思维能力，抗压能力强。
