As a key member of our Strategy team, you will be instrumental in driving this transformation forward. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a knack for experimentation and a passion for building prototypes using AI tools like Claude Code and our proprietary platform. Your ability to work directly with the VP of Strategy and collaborate across product, engineering, and AI teams will be essential in bringing new features to life quickly. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop fully functional feature prototypes leveraging AI capabilities Conduct user testing, iteration, and refinement to ensure seamless integration with production Reverse-engineer customer problems to devise innovative solutions Collaborate with engineers to hand off polished prototypes for implementation Staying abreast of AI advancements and exploring novel applications Requirements: A talent for figuring things out without prior coding experience but a willingness to tinker Strong intuition regarding product development and a bias towards action over perfection Experience in scrappy environments, preferably with building, prototyping, or problem-solving Exceptional communication skills to articulate project goals and value propositions Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies, even if unfamiliarity exists Bonus points for finance background, although not mandatory Bonus points if automation tool, no-code platform, or AI assistant experience Why Join Us?
