  • Ser responsável pela execução e condução da equipe nas atividades de perfuração, garantindo desempenho, segurança e conformidade operacional;
  • Supervisionar operações de perfuração tais como perfuração direcional, risers, cimentação, testemunhagem, pescaria, completação, teste de poço e outras operações especiais;
  • Operar equipamentos de perfuração para execução de intervenções e construção de poços de petróleo, liderando a equipe de perfuração e visando primeiramente a segurança de todos;
  • Manter registro claro e detalhado dos equipamentos, diários de perfuração e de todos os cálculos técnicos necessários referentes às operações de perfuração e ocorrências de seu turno, incluindo o relatório diário IADC (rim drill). Realizar o monitoramento dos equipamentos de perfuração, garantindo assim sua integridade;
  • Planejar, supervisionar e documentar, em conjunto com a equipe de mecânica, o desempenho e manutenção programada dos equipamentos de perfuração;
  • Atuar como representante do Encarregado, liderando a equipe de perfuração no caso de incêndio, controle de poço ou outra emergência;
  • Prover suporte e orientação aos profissionais menos experientes ou recém admitidos na equipe.
