Summary:The client is looking for a Release Manager:Release managers coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components. They ensure a synchronous running of day-to-day processes. Planning with several software development teams is a part of the release manager's duty.Responsibilities:Manage our regular release cycle.Manage iOS and Android app releases on AppStoreConnect and Google Play Console.Oversee the configuration of our test and production environments.Provide release status updates to a wide range of stakeholders.Facilitate the creation of both internal and client-facing release notes.Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes.Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams on addressing ad-hoc requirements.Continuously improve the release process to address the changes in technology and the growing complexity of our system.Qualifications:2+ years of experience working with production software applications.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to cope with a dynamic environment with changing priorities.Ability to troubleshoot and work with the Engineering team to solve technical problems.Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
