Job Title : Marketing Assistant Company : Right Rudder Marketing (USA Based) Salary : $3700 - $6300 BRL ($700 - $1200 USD) Job Description : Right Rudder Marketing (RRM) is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position requires someone with leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a fast-paced learner with a coachable personality who can work in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE. To be eligible for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or hands-on experience with design, UI/UX, SEO, and marketing. Prior work experience in aviation, administration, sales, and/or marketing is a plus. Qualifications and Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills. A high level of attention to detail. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Ability to anticipate, understand and creatively solve problems or resolve issues. Pre-requisites: Have at least a 15 Mbps internet connection Home setup has to be stress-tested: Power and internet backup in place Home Office setup verified Camera and lighting Ability to work in central time zone (9 AM to 5 PM) Abilities : Able to work and communicate effectively with people. Able to work under pressure while adhering to even the shortest deadlines. Exceptional phone and video presence. Able to think on your feet. A proactive problem solver. Ability to learn new software tools fast. Responsibilities : Create and edit videos and syndicate content on social media platforms, RRM website, and client websites. Manage RRM and client social media profiles to market to future flight school clients and students. Collaborate with web dev operations team members to design lead converting web pages. Create, review, and revise copywriting on RRM and client websites and social media Design and update graphics used for marketing assets for RRM and clients. Use SEO best practices to update website content, syndicate content on the internet, and update/maintain Google Business Profiles (GMB/GBP) Join Right Rudder Marketing and contribute to shaping the digital presence of flight schools, fostering growth within the aviation community.
