Must-Have Skills
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to adapt them to non-traditional sprint cycles.
Familiarity with modern development practices and emerging trends.
Hands-on experience with Jira for managing workflows and tasks.
Knowledge of GitHub and version control processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in environments using .NET/C#, React, Azure Services , and containerization tools like Docker.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Exposure to 3D visualization technologies or maritime industry solutions.
