Job Overview ">We are looking for a Data Insights Specialist to join our Globalization Team, where you'll play a key role in extracting meaningful insights from raw data that drive informed global decisions. ">This role combines data analysis with operational and administrative support - perfect for a detail-oriented, proactive individual looking to grow in the field of analytics. ">Assisting in building and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards to track KPIs, localization performance, cost efficiency, and language quality; ">Analyzing data from multiple sources to guide business strategies; ">Assisting with admin and operational tasks like project cost tracking and invoicing; ">Supporting the development of reports that help regional and field teams make informed decisions based on data-driven insights; ">Helping analyze localization data to assess consistency, accuracy, and reliability, while also contributing fresh ideas for improving processes and automation; ">Documenting workflows and processes to ensure clarity and scalability across global operations; ">Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders and leadership. ">Required Skills and Qualifications ">Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, or related field). ">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, pivot tables, vlookups, data cleaning), Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Power BI skills, and other basic data visualization tools. ">Experience with SQL: Ability to write queries to extract and manipulate data. ">Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing techniques. ">Familiarity with at least one programming language commonly used in data analysis, Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn) and R (tidyverse, ggplot2). ">Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) is a plus. ">Comfort using collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
