Scrum Master Position A Scrum Master role is available for a dynamic professional who can facilitate Agile teams in delivering value to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Scrum ceremonies, impediment removal, and team coaching. A proven track record of removing obstacles and maintaining productivity is essential. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Scrum Master. Agile principles and practices are required, along with excellent communication skills. Coaching teams in ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning is a must. This position involves driving continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights. Fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication is crucial. Risk management, dependencies, and team dynamics must be managed proactively. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred. 5–7+ years of experience working with agile teams in dynamic or enterprise environments. Proven success in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and guiding teams through complex initiatives. You will also benefit from strong communication skills and the ability to influence, coach, and present confidently at all levels.
