We're growing fast and are looking for an exceptional Fullstack Product Engineer to own major features end-to-end. You are scrappy, hungry, driven, and willing to ship very fast with us as we reimagine real estate video marketing with AI.
What You'll Do:
Own significant features from ideation, design, implementation, deployment, and optimization
Build both frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Django) components
Drive product decisions through data-driven analysis and user feedback
Ship fast and iterate - we work in hours and days, not weeks
Monitor feature performance and continuously optimize for user impact
Collaborate directly with leadership on product strategy and technical architecture

Who You Are:
4-8 years of full-stack development experience, building and shipping real products used by users
Expert React (TypeScript) and Python (Django) skills
High autonomy: you thrive with minimal oversight and maximum ownership.
Data-driven mindset: you measure success through metrics and user behavior
Startup velocity: you're hungry, move fast, love shipping quickly, and are willing to work 50+ hours weekly.
