Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Logistics Manager to lead and oversee all logistics operations in Brazil. This is a key position that requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of logistics processes. Responsibilities: Ensure a safe work environment by promoting a proactive safety culture, full compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies. Guarantee product quality and integrity throughout the logistics flow, ensuring compliance with global and local quality standards. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service level, and cost efficiency. Oversee warehouse organization, inventory control, and material flow to ensure high accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators (KPIs), identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Implement Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies to standardize processes and eliminate waste. Ensure compliance with all internal procedures, audits, and applicable legal requirements. Promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, and ownership across all levels of the operation. Coordinate the annual physical inventory and cycle count program, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields, and advanced or fluent English language proficiency. They should also have minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in warehouse and inventory operations within medium or large companies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Advanced or Fluent English – frequent interaction with global teams and stakeholders. Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in warehouse and inventory operations within medium or large companies. Strong background in logistics operations, process optimization, and performance management. Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement. Experience working in multinational environments and leading large operational teams. Proficiency in SAP, WMS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Ownership mindset, being consistently present in operations alongside the team and identifying opportunities for improvement and development. Intellectual curiosity; Agile, creative, and innovative; Entrepreneurial and hands-on spirit, with fast execution; Ability to go beyond, delivering impactful results; Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively; Strong team spirit and collaboration.
