Philanthropy Officer

Job Opportunity The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to meet the school's financial goals. This role requires a strong communicator with experience in data management, event planning, and donor relations. This position involves organizing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, such as capital drives, online giving platforms, auction nights, and alumni engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to foster lifelong connections with donors, sponsors, and partners. Main Responsibilities: Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement an annual fundraising plan to meet the school's financial objectives. Campaigns & Events: Organize and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives, including capital drives, online giving platforms, auction nights, and alumni engagement activities. Donor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners, and develop recognition programs. Alumni Engagement: Work with alumni to foster lifelong connections to the school and encourage giving. Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising content, including newsletters, social media posts, and donor appeals. Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities, donor contributions, and financial reports.
