About the project:

As a Principal C# Engineer, you will bring both systems thinking and implementation skills to lead distributed development teams, ensure clean, scalable code, and support cross-functional delivery predictability. As a technical reference, you will guide modernization efforts while keeping disruption low and contributing to an overall culture of continuous improvement.

How your day-to-day work will look like

Lead technical direction for distributed full-stack teams.

Design and implement solutions across backend (.NET) and frontend (JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC).

Promote clean code practices and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.

Conduct code reviews and recommend architectural improvements.

Support iterative modernization of legacy systems.

Mentor mid and senior-level engineers.

Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on velocity, scope, and technical risks.

Serve as the technical liaison for cross-functional stakeholders.

This would make you the ideal candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

8+ Years of experience working in engineering with a focus on Fullstack Development.

Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework (4.5/4.8), and .NET Core/8.

Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC and frontend integrations.

Understanding of legacy code and modernization strategies.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
