We are looking for Data Management Senior who wants to learn and transform his career. Mandatory Skills: Experience working specifically within a formal Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM) program. Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is MANDATORY for all internal and external communication, documentation, and stakeholder meetings. Deep Governance Knowledge: In-depth, practical experience with implementing and operating data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK principles). Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of database structures, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and experience with basic SQL for data analysis and validation. Tooling: Hands-on expertise with at least one leading Data Governance/Metadata Management tool (e.g., Collibra, Informatica EDC/Axon, Alation, AWS Glue Catalog, etc.). Desirable Skills: Certification in Data Management (e.g., CDMP Associate or Practitioner). Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail). Prior experience acting in a lead or mentorship role within a data team. Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Key Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic Senior Data Management &Governance Analyst to play a critical role in advancing our organization's data governance capabilities. This role involves moving beyond policy definition to program execution, mentorship, and continuous improvement. You will be a key liaison between business leadership, IT, legal, and data owners to ensure our data assets are trustworthy, compliant, and accessible for strategic decision-making.
