The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills, a flair for digital marketing, and characteristically charismatic & convincing.Responsibilities:Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company. Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, satisfaction, and success. Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs. Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services. Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value. Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment.Qualifications: Proficiency inEnglishisaMUST. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Digital Account Manager with a strong emphasis on sales and client growth. Experience with Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing Strategy Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. Service-oriented mindset to balance commercial success and customer wishes. Innate problem-solving skills and a positive outlook. Prior experience in the digital landscape. Excellent time management skills. High emotional intelligence.
