Key Responsibilities
- Performing complex eye surgeries with precision and care

- Developing and overseeing treatment plans for patients
- Leading and managing a team of ophthalmologists and support staff
- Participating in research and staying abreast of advancements in ophthalmology
- Providing education and training to junior ophthalmologists and medical staff
- Collaborating with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to strategic planning
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with patients and their families

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in ophthalmology
- Valid state medical license to practice as an ophthalmologist
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ophthalmology practice
- Proven track record of performing complex eye surgeries
- Indepth knowledge of ophthalmic conditions treatments and surgical techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
