1. Company Overview
As an official TikTok-partnered agency focused on the Brazil market, we specialize in incubating and managing top-tier TikTok content creators. We leverage deep local market insights and TikTok's official resources to help creators grow their audience and maximize monetization.
We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced and driven Talent Agent to lead our recruitment efforts and help us discover the next generation of Brazilian streaming stars.
2. Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and recruit high-potential Brazilian TikTok entertainment live streamers / creators.
Proactively reach out and introduce live streamers to our agency, managing the initial negotiation and onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, offering continuous support to foster their growth and success.
3. Qualifications
A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
1+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok talent scouting, live streamer recruitment, or related fields. (Case examples of successfully recruiting or onboarding TikTok live streamers are a plus)
Strong understanding of the Brazilian live-streaming ecosystem and TikTok platform dynamics.
Native or fluent in Brazilian Portuguese;
professional working proficiency in English for cross-regional communication.
Excellent communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
Highly motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.
