USARole DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for a Production Manager at Ten16. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of creative projects, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality work. The Production Manager will also collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement efficient processes and workflows. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in creative production and exceptional client-facing communication skills in English and Portuguese.QualificationsProject management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExperience in managing creative projectsKnowledge of production processes and techniques for projects like graphic design, motion graphics, 3D, and video productionExcellent communication in English and PortugueseAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in project management tools and software like Asana, Frame, and FigmaExperience in the creative industry is a plus
