Technical Solution Architect (Pre-Sales & Delivery)Remote ( 5 days in a week)Part Time ( 4 hours per day) What You'll Do Pre-Sales & Client Engagement Act as the primary technical authority in client discovery and pre-sales meetings alongside our sales team Validate and refine business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with regional compliance, performance, and scalability expectations Translate complex client objectives into clear, actionable solution architectures using our proven technology stack Design system architectures and integration strategies while transparently communicating assumptions, constraints, and risks Provide technical effort estimates and scope validation to support accurate proposals and timelines Answer technical questions with confidence and clarity, accelerating client decision-making and trust Solution Design & Architecture Design robust, scalable architectures using our core technology stack: Backend: PHP/Laravel, Node.js (MERN stack), Python Frontend: React, Next.js Mobile: React Native, Flutter Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (SQL & NoSQL) Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.) Platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix Recommend and evaluate third-party APIs, SaaS integrations, and cloud services that enhance solution value Balance technical excellence with commercial realities, ensuring solutions are performant, secure, maintainable, and cost-effective Define non-functional requirements including availability, security protocols, response times, and extensibility Developing pool of vendors where we do not have in-house capability Hands on experience of using AI tools for bringing quality and efficiency in the in-house work AI & Intelligent Systems Architect and integrate AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, document processing, and intelligent search Design solutions using machine learning and generative AI models, including LLM-based workflows Experience integrating AI APIs and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI services, Hugging Face) Design data pipelines for model training, inference, and monitoring, ensuring scalability and performance Apply responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, and ethical model usage Optimize system architecture to support AI workloads, real-time inference, and cost-efficient scaling on cloud platforms Handover & Delivery Enablement Create comprehensive technical handover packages that eliminate ambiguity and accelerate delivery: Solution architecture diagrams and user flow documentation Finalized technology stack and infrastructure approach Detailed functional and non-functional requirements Integration points, API specifications, and external dependencies Risk register, assumptions log, and edge case documentation Lead structured handover sessions with development and project management teams Ensure what was sold matches what gets built, minimizing scope creep and costly rework Provide clarification support during early delivery phases as needed What You Bring Required 5+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Software Engineer with direct client exposure Deep hands-on experience with Laravel, MERN stack, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, and AWS Proven track record designing web, mobile, and CMS-based solutions for international clients Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, authentication patterns, and cloud-native architectures Commercial acumen—ability to balance technical ideals with budget constraints, timelines, and business goals Exceptional communication skills: you can explain technical concepts to C-suite executives and developer teams alike Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Strong training and mentoring skills for upskilling Nice to HaveExperience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or serverless architectures Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, or other regional compliance frameworks Experience with real-time applications, AI/ML integrations, or IoT solutions Previous consulting or agency experience serving diverse industries Working ArrangementFlexible, on-demand engagement tied to our sales pipeline and project needs Primarily involved during pre-sales, discovery, and handover phases—not full-time project delivery Hourly compensation with clear scoping for each engagement Availability for client calls across multiple time zones (North America, UAE, GCC, Europe) Remote-first with potential for occasional client meetings or workshops Why This Role Matters Your architectural decisions shape project success before a single line of code is written.
