Join in Drive as our Drivers Verification Supervisor for Brazil and play a key role in leading and supporting the OCS team to ensure efficient, high-quality processing. This position focuses on performance management, process optimization, and team development.
What you will do:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and performance targets.
Use data and analytics to monitor Online Checkout Specialists' (OCSs) performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure the quality and consistency of OCSs' work through regular audits and feedback sessions.
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing development support for new and existing OCSs.
Supervise and oversee daily operations of the OCS team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
Monitor compliance with production discipline, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
Prepare and present performance and quality reports for management review.
Respond to staff inquiries, offering guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes, boost productivity, and maintain high employee motivation.
Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring the team remains informed and compliant. What we expect from you:
Strong understanding of departmental KPIs and performance metrics.
Proficiency in PC operations and confident use of office software.
Solid experience with Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).
Proven management skills, including strategic planning, data analysis, and process improvement.
Demonstrated people management and team leadership abilities.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Translation skills or knowledge of additional languages (a plus).
Proficiency in English (written and verbal). We offer:
