Job Title: Event Management Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking an experienced event management coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events across various markets. Your key responsibilities will include: Partnership with Business Education Partners to execute in-person and online education events; Moderation of online training sessions; Maintenance of the training calendar for supported markets; Management of event hubs; Liaison with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution of events; You will also be responsible for: Managing the quality assurance of external suppliers; Providing frequent feedback and implementing changes; Managing our online help-desk; Responding to user queries within a 24-hour SLA; Collaborating with the global Business Education team; Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and your commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: 1-3 years of experience providing all-round training event management support and coordination; Fluency in English; Leading or facilitating virtual events with variety of online delivery tools; Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; Efficient and organized with excruciating attention to detail; Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential; Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Self-motivated with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment; Benefits: This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in event management and coordination.
