We are seeking a Scrum Master to join a Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.Experience LevelMid-level (2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master)Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principlesSupport and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second teamPartner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and deliveryAssist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practicesIdentify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progressFoster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedbackWork closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regionsRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum MasterStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plusExperience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similarProven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflictsExperience working with distributed, global teamsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong collaboration and teamwork mindsetProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAdaptability, flexibility, and a proactive attitudeAbility to challenge ideas constructively and negotiate pushback when neededIndependent thinker with a continuous improvement mindsetEducation & CertificationsSAFe certification is highly desiredBachelor’s degree in a related field (optional)Additional RequirementsAbility to work effectively in a remote environmentComfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and AsiaWillingness to learn, adapt, and evolve within Agile frameworks
