We are looking for ServiceNow Platform Architect, who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Be Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance to team. Design technical solutions and best practices guidance based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements. Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated. Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation. Review work of development team and provide best practice Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Communicate and enforce coding standards Develop and utilize deep platform knowledge and expertise in: Coaching and mentoring others and responsible for their career development, education and certification commensurate with the requirements of the practice strategy Mandatory skills: 5 years of Hands-on experience as Senior Architect / Consultant Experience in ITIL Process definition, Integration solutions, Architecture level configurations Experience in ServiceNow custom application, design and development Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with other third party tools, orchestration, operational activities, project management expertise and merging multiple instances. Experienced in leading end to end Implementation and transformation programs in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, WSD, S2P and CMDB. Strong work experience and associated with projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations. Strong knowledge of HRSD, WSD, S2P design and implementation and transformation for large customers. Workflow Configuration Deep understanding of Application UI Configuration and Custom apps. English is mandatory. Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. Desirable Skills: Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.
