Role Overview:

We are seeking a Lead to manage and mentor a team of analysts who develop structured, business-facing questions and answers across diverse management domains. This role combines leadership, quality oversight, and stakeholder management with subject-matter expertise in MBA-relevant domains.

You will ensure that the team’s outputs are accurate, logically sound, linguistically polished, and aligned with project goals—while continuously improving workflows, training, and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & People Management:

  • Manage a team of Business Analysts/Content Specialists working on LLM model performance.
  • Oversee daily tasks, allocate workloads, and ensure adherence to guidelines and timelines.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and arrange professional development sessions to maintain excellence in content creation.

Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular QA checks, identify process gaps, and refine workflows to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Monitor performance metrics and incorporate insights into continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure alignment between team deliverables and strategic business objectives.

Domain-Specific Content Development:

  • Guide the framing of business and strategy questions/answers in domains such as Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Government/Public Policy, Sports Analytics, and e-Commerce.
  • Ensure the use of structured file formats (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown) in content delivery.
  • Apply analytical reasoning to design high-quality case studies, business problems, and scenario-based datasets.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven team leader with 2+ years of direct experience managing teams.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in content development, business analysis, consulting, or domain-related projects.
  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills with excellent English communication abilities.
  • Experience incorporating LLM performance feedback into training data creation is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in handling structured file types (TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, Markdown).
  • Prior experience in case study writing, academic content, or research assistance is a plus.
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week; immediate joiners preferred.
