We are building our Research and Development function in São Paulo, Brazil to support our leadership team located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Job Summary:
As an Executive Researcher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive search process by identifying and engaging potential candidates and clients for senior-level searches projects. You will leverage your research skills to map out the market, build talent and client pipelines, and develop comprehensive candidate profiles and marketing material. This position requires a proactive and analytical professional with excellent organization skills and a deep understanding of executive-level roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mapping & Talent Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates and companies, using a variety of resources such as databases, social media, industry reports, and other research tools.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates by establishing and cultivating relationships with senior professionals, leveraging your network, and utilizing various sourcing techniques.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the firm's CRM/database with accurate and detailed information on candidates and companies.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with potential candidates through phone, email, and social media to assess their interest and suitability for specific roles.
- Profile Development: Prepare detailed candidate profiles, including their professional background, qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and the Research Manager to understand client requirements, role specifications, and project timelines.
- Industry Insights: Provide the team with insights and updates on market trends, competitor movements, and industry changes to inform search strategies.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in recruitment or research are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in executive search, talent research, or a similar role within recruitment or a corporate environment.
- Research Skills: Proficient in using various research tools, CRM's, and social media platforms (e.g., Recruiter, industry-specific databases).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and identify key insights.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in research and documentation.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
