The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Domain Architect Cybersecurity, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid / Remote, in the city of Belo Horizonte - MG.In this role you will:The Domain Architect – Cybersecurity has a strategic role in protecting critical operations in Brazil and Canada, designing, implementing and governing robust information security architectures. He will work in the construction of integrated solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, cyber risk management, incident response and protection of digital assets, industrial systems, networks and sensitive data in extremely complex and distributed environments. This professional will support secure digital transformation, overseeing security frameworks, identity and access, encryption, advanced monitoring and compliance policies. He will work closely with technology, operations, governance, risk and physical security areas, working globally to ensure business continuity and cyber resilience. Main Responsibilities Define, govern and evolve cybersecurity architectural models and standards, aligning global frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT) to the specific needs of operations. Lead security architecture projects and initiatives for multi-cloud, on-premises, networking, application, industrial IoT/IIoT, data, and mobility environments. Design solutions for threat prevention, detection, containment and remediation, integrating SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM and advanced encryption systems. Work in the definition of identity and access policies and controls (IAM, SSO, MFA), network segmentation, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and governance. Promote integration between physical security, IT, OT, and operations teams to create resilient and secure environments. Develop and validate business continuity, cyber disaster recovery, and incident response strategies. Evaluate and implement innovative security solutions (Zero Trust, Cloud Security Posture Management, Threat Intelligence, security automation and orchestration). Ensure compliance with the data protection laws and regulations of the countries where it operates (LGPD, GDPR, PIPEDA). Produce and maintain technical documentation, safety plans, best practice guides, and training for internal teams. Participate in technical communities, forums, audits and global compliance assessments. Requirements and Competencies Essential Requirements (Hard Skills) Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, Systems or related areas. Minimum experience of 8 years in cybersecurity architecture and governance, with relevant performance in complex corporate or industrial environments. Deep knowledge in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, COBIT, ITIL). Expertise in network, host, application, identity, data and cloud security (MS Azure Security, AWS Security, GCP Security). Experience with advanced tools: SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, DLP, cryptography, risk analysis, pentest, advanced monitoring. Experience in protecting OT/IT environments, security integration between industrial systems, industrial networks and corporate IT. Practice with vulnerability management, container/Kubernetes security, security automation, DevSecOps. Fluent English for technical and strategic communication, advanced Portuguese for Brazil-Canada collaborative work. In-depth knowledge of privacy regulations, data protection and legislation of the countries where it operates. Soft Skills Technical and consultative leadership, capable of influencing strategic safety decisions among global teams. Analytical capacity and strategic vision to build resilient and business-aligned environments. Clear and assertive communication with technical, executive and regulatory audiences. Proactivity, adaptability and focus on delivering tangible and continuous protection to the business. Multicultural, collaborative teamwork with high commitment. Differentials / Nice to Have: Certificações: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer, AWS Certified Security, PMP, TOGAF. Experience in secure digital transformation projects in mining, energy or regulated industries. Working knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence in security, blockchain, security orchestration. Participation in global governance and compliance programs (SOX, Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR). Track record securely across hybrid cloud, containers, microservices, and industrial IoT environments. Participation in global security communities, lectures, technical publications. Execution of strategic projects to strengthen the protection, prevention, detection, response and recovery of cyber risks. Pioneering the adoption of innovative technologies that ensure resilience and continuity of global and industrial operations. Direct influence on risk mitigation and support of corporate reputation and safety.
