VISÃO GERAL DO CARGO


Estamos em busca de um Analista Sênior na área de Gestão Fiscal das obrigações fiscais e contábeis. O candidato ideal terá expertise em contabilidade internacional e regulamentos tributários, combinada com a capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente multifuncional.


Principais Atividades


  • Elaboração e revisão de demonstrações financeiras (BR GAAP e IFRS).
  • Gerenciar e coordenar as atividades contábeis para operações internacionais, garantindo o cumprimento das normas contábeis locais e internacionais.
  • Elaboração da Declaração de Capitais bens no Exterior (DCBE).
  • Elaboração de documento suporte para elaboração do Imposto de Renda de Pessoa Física- IRPF.
  • Apoio no cálculo de ganho de capital (GCAP) e na distribuição de dividendos dos lucros apurados de empresas offshore.
  • Análise dos impactos tributários no Brasil decorrentes de repatriações de recursos no exterior.


Formação e Características


  • Graduação em contabilidade com pelo menos 5 anos de experiência em elaboração de demonstrações financeiras.
  • Sólido conhecimento no CPC 48 e IFRS 9.
  • Inglês Intermediário (escrita, leitura e oral).
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Organização, proatividade, dinamismo, excelente comunicação oral e escrita, além de atenção aos detalhes.


Diferenciais


  • Experiência prévia com Quickbooks;
  • Noções gerais de tributação no Brasil e Estados Unidos;
  • Contabilidade US GAAP.
