Responsibilities:1.Leading the customer quality of ECARX Brazil.2.Support locally the development and mass production project.3.Regular visits of customer plants (Anchieta, Taubate, Curitiba).4.Emergency visits in case of customer - claims.5.1st level analysis of returned devices.6.Claim Management (KPM, 8D).7.Support/ organize SW reflash actions.8.Support Manufacturing Partner.Qualifications:1.Fluent in Portuguese and English.2.Good knowledge of quality standards (VDA, IATF, ISO,etc).3.Good knowledge and proven application of problem solving tools and methods (8D, Ishikawa, etc).4.Good knowledge of VW customer specific requirements.5.Technical background with Electronics and Software.6.Knowledge of infotainment systems.
