We are looking for SAP PI/PO Consultant who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
Support the Service Now queue, covering errors in interfaces in Brazil and Argentina, problems with outgoing NF-e approvals, problems in the NF-e and CT-e input processes, dumps and job failures in GRC environments and CPI (Cloud Platform Integration);
Proactive monitoring of the Brazil and Argentina interfaces in SAP PI;
Proactive monitoring of the NF-e and CT-e issuance and receipt processes;
Proactive monitoring of e-mail inboxes to receive NF-e and CT-e XML files.
Cleaning of the deleted items folder, checking the process of reading messages made by SAP PI communication channels and generating new tokens for authentication of SAP PI communication channels in e-mail accounts;
Monitoring of public and private certificates in SAP PI and GRC;
Improvements to interfaces and communication channels in SAP PI - inclusion/change of XML structure fields, changes to XML structure mappings, changes to endpoints and credentials in communication channels;
Participation in KTs for new projects and improvements;
Monitoring of NF-e issuance tests and receipt of NF-e/CT-e after application of SAP notes corresponding to tax changes and SEFAZ NTs;
Surface tests in SAP PI and GRC environments after upgrades;

Must have managed SAP AMS Delivery
Good Customer management skills and strong communication skills
Excellent expertise in SAP PIPO/CPI/GRC-Nfe area with LATAM localization
Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization, including user exits, enhancements, and BADI's.
Must have experience with customization / localization for Brazil and Argentina.
Extensive experience in analyzing the technology environment and able to create Solution Prototypes
ITIL V4 certification is a big plus.
Business oriented to support our client to perform (IT and Business).
Desirable Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Advance English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in production engineering, IT, or related field.
Recommended Certification - SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Production Planning and Manufacturing
SAP Certified Associate - Project Manager - SAP Activate
